This is one of my favorite films. It has never been a huge box office bomb, but I would like to recommend it to everyone. The real beauty of this film lies in the harshness of the world around it, dark as an underground labyrinth of the streets, and violent fights between the criminal authorities of black people's neighborhoods. Non-trivial and realistic, the atmosphere of gray reality, we can feel on these streets of Harlem. The cruelty and uncompromisingly perverted worldview of the young people shown in this picture is truly horrifying. They are a team, brothers, and they only show love in a way that is truly understandable to those who are likewise rejected by society at large. With others, they will be ruthless.

'Juice': This is the purpose of their lust and the cause of their downfall. On the street, this term means that the authorities restore order on the streets only with the help of cruelty and weapons, and only for their own benefit, without even trying to restore true justice. To embark on this path, to accept this tool, you need to be a strong person. You need to violate all your moral and ethical principles. But what if a person simply has no choice, and he just has to become such an authority in order to simply survive?

It's fascinating to watch the great performances of actors like Omar Epps and Samuel Jackson. You really believe them. No less exciting is the well-developed scenario line of the protagonist. How he, from a simple street shirt-guy, slowly but surely, under a combination of obliging circumstances, turns into a cruel, ruthless bandit. He will kill. He will shed a lot of other people's blood. But after all, if he had not shed someone else's blood, then his own blood would have been shed. The black director and screenwriter Ernest Dickerson as realistic as possible showed our gray, ruthless, forcing us to turn into a bloodthirsty beast, a cruel world of people. The world that we ourselves once created and which will now create us with you.
