Having risen from the dead, clown maniac Art goes to the laundromat where he meets a girl who resembles him. Meanwhile, high school girl Sienna prepares for Halloween and makes a costume based on the sketch of her recently deceased father. Although she can't wait to go to the party with her friends, she begins to overcome with a sense of unease. And for good reason. Art, too, has prepared for the party, has fashioned himself a weapon, and is embarking on his favorite pastime: perverted murder.
