Deepak retires after an accident cuts off his right leg. Five years down the line, he is forced to revisit all the events leading to the accident.

Storyline
The retired inspector Deepak has been living alone for 5 years. After the service, he only had the respect of his colleagues and disability. One morning he receives a call from a colleague whose son desperately wants to become a policeman. The agitated father asks the inspector to dissuade the guy from this venture, hoping for understanding. When a young man full of determination comes to the inspector, Deepak offers him tea and begins a story about that ill-fated investigation that put an end to his service.

Lovely murder mystery. Nice to see a movie with suspense being the theme with perfect pacing, enough eye for details, solidly enacted, no distractions of songs etc. Pretty much what makes a good good yarn of a suspense from the good old school is in here.
Two deaths, a missing woman, disappearing witness and a ledger of his assorted bag of assistants, including a new recruit in the hunt.
I love the way, the work of the police, the new cops, the stress around their work, etc. Rehman plays his part well.
Definitely worth a watch.
