Seven Samurai 4K 1954

The peasants of a poor village are at the mercy of bandits who attack them to rob and rape. The peasants decide to fight them and hire a travelling samurai to save them. The peasants are able to pay little, only a cup of rice. Samurai Kombei takes the job out of compassion. He finds five other wanderers willing to fight for food or for fun.

The villagers are at first distrustful of the samurai, but over time, friendship develops between them. The daredevils put up a worthy resistance to the bandits and drive them away.
