Brothers Lars and Ernie Shmunts don't think much of the old, dilapidated mansion they inherited until they find out that their ramshackle property is worth millions. But there's one problem.
To sell the house, the brothers must get rid of its sole and stubborn inhabitant—a small but very tenacious mouse. What at first seems like child's play turns into a real grand battle.
