I'm not a maniac, but I've watched the entire trilogy about 30 times in total! And besides, he did not regret a single hour spent on this matter. And I do not understand those people who, making a face detached from this world, say that they have not seen a more boring film, and that they fall asleep after 15 minutes of viewing. And how often do I come across the phrase that this is 'another' fantasy. How wrong are the people who claim this. After all, this is the very first fantasy in the world! After all, the English professor J.R.R. Tolkien, respected by the Tolkienists, is the creator, if you will, the father of this genre. His VK is the first fantasy in the world, and it is also historical.

Where do orcs come from in every second modern fantasy book and computer game? As we are used to seeing them, Tolkien invented. He pulled the elves by the ears, made them forever young, beautiful and immortal. Now we know that mithril (mithril) is a metal that cannot be pierced by anything. We all know about the hobbits; if you hear the phrase 'My darling!', it will immediately become clear to you where she is from. And in the end, a man was found who made all this come true. Hurray for Peter Jackson!

Scene. Everything happens in Middle-earth, which is comparable in scope to our world, and in essence represents Europe. But New Zealand is the best fit, thanks to its picturesque, seemingly wild landscape. It has everything from cozy Shire to terrifying Mordor. The fields of Rohan are striking in their scope; Lorien and Rivindel - indescribable beauty. Until now, it remains a mystery to me that Helm's Deep and Minas Tirith were filmed and built on absolutely the same place! But you won't even notice ...

Furnishings and details. The way the film is carefully crafted makes you forget every time that you are sitting at home and not somewhere on the throne of Gondor. I've never seen such detail before. Clothes were made for each nation based on what materials they could have and what type of clothing would be most comfortable. Hence the hobbits in short pants and bright vests, elves in incredibly elegant and beautiful clothes, and Aragorn in a biker suit :) All armor was made by hand, weapons were forged according to the medieval method and even chain mail was woven by human hands! Make-up of heroes is a separate song. Well, is it noticeable where the elven ear made of gelatin ends and the present begins? Hobbits' legs are hardly artificial. And of course, everyone has perfect hairstyles, which sometimes makes you think.

About the film. Well done PJ, that insisted on his own and shot a trilogy, and did not stuff everything into one film. VK is one of such films, which is permeated with a single idea, will not be delayed and without something unnecessary. But what most people love this movie for is the battle. But it's better not to talk about them, it's better to watch them. And for those traglodytes for whom this is not enough, PJ created the director's version!

So we are waiting for the development of events and the decision of the fate of the 'Hobbit' (we wish good luck to PJ!)
