The Forbidden Kingdom 4K 2008

Teenager Jason Tripitikas, obsessed with kung fu and Hong Kong action movies, finds an ancient staff in an antique shop in Chinatown that transports him to ancient China in the company of traveling martial artists. There he turns out to be the chosen one, who is destined to return the fighting staff to the immortal King of the Apes, imprisoned in a stone sculpture. In the high mission Jason is assisted by a girl, a traveling scholar Lu Yang, a unique expert of the drunken fist style, and a mysterious Silent Monk. With their help, he learns the secrets of Eastern martial arts as he prepares for battle with the Jade Emperor's army.
