A medical student who is late for class decides to bypass a traffic jam on the highway and turns into a dense forest, where he accidentally crashes into a car carrying a group of lost teenagers. Both cars are out of commission, and the teenagers have no choice but to walk to the nearest settlement. However, the kids don't know yet that local psychopaths are already hunting them down...
