Film Description

Based on the novel of the same name by Ken Kesey. Randall Patrick McMurphy, a pathological criminal and troublemaker, is transferred from prison to a psychiatric clinic to determine whether he is mentally ill. The ward is controlled by the cold-blooded, strict, and order-obsessed head nurse Mildred Ratched. McMurphy intends to disobey what he considers to be absurd rules — and have some fun in the process. His rebellious nature infects the other patients, but Nurse Ratched is determined to put a stop to it...
