Once a thriving old English hotel, it is now on the verge of bankruptcy - it has a bad reputation in the area and the number of guests is dwindling. Rumor has it that it is full of ghosts who haunt and frighten the people who live there. All the employees have long since left this scary place, with only two staff members remaining—Claire and her assistant Luke. They decide to find out what is really going on within the walls of their hotel. The desperate ghost hunters hope that if they unravel the mysteries of the old hotel, it will regain its former popularity.
