Film Description
"No Way Out" (1987) is a tense thriller where the intricacies of politics and personal intrigue intertwine in a gripping story. Kevin Costner plays U.S. Navy Lieutenant Tom Farrell, who finds himself caught up in a complex web of lies and deceit. It all begins with his romantic involvement with Susan Attwell (Sean Young), who soon tragically dies. Farrell is soon assigned to investigate her murder, but the case takes an unexpected turn when it is revealed that Susan was the mistress of Defense Secretary David Brice (Gene Hackman). What's more, Farrell finds that suspicion falls on himself. During the investigation, he is forced to fight for his life as he tries to prove his innocence and uncover the real killer. Dark secrets and ulterior motives are gradually revealed, putting Farrell in the face of unthinkable danger. "No Way Out" offers the viewer a dynamic and exciting plot with unexpected twists and turns, where the lines between truth and lies become increasingly blurred and the tension builds by the minute.
