The Piano 4K 1993

Mid 19th century. Silent Ada, together with her little daughter and her beloved piano, leaves her native Scotland and moves to the other side of the world, to New Zealand, where her future husband Stuart is waiting for her. He refuses to deliver the piano to the house, which remains abandoned on the shore. Ada, who has not spoken since she was six, nevertheless shows her husband the depth of her anger. For this strong woman, silence is far from a sign of consent.

Stuart's neighbor Baines, who looks like a savage, brings a piano that replaces Ada's voice to his home. She can get it back, but only if she comes to Baines's house and gives him music lessons - according to the number of keys. These lessons will lead them into the abyss of fatal passions...
