The year is 2022. The Earth is overpopulated and, due to environmental pollution, has virtually run out of resources. New York City alone is home to more than 40 million people. To feed the population, the Soylent Corporation produces a nutritional product in the form of multicolored briquettes.
Against this backdrop, a board member is murdered in one of the city’s opulent skyscrapers. Detective Thorne is assigned to the investigation, and he eventually ends up at the factory, where he uncovers the terrifying secret of “green Soylent”…
