Voices from Beyond 4K 1991

“Voices from Beyond” is one of the later successes of the great horror film master Lucio Fulci. It features a gripping detective plot, the inevitable rotting corpses and the living dead, as well as impressive special effects—especially in the scene in the crypt where one of the characters is attacked by zombies. The director himself appears in the film as a medical examiner. A successful politician is admitted to the hospital in critical condition. The doctors are unable to save him, but his relatives aren’t particularly upset—they begin dividing up the inheritance. Only his daughter mourns her late father. Some time later, her father’s spirit makes contact with her and asks her to investigate the circumstances of his death, since everything that happened was the result of a planned conspiracy. It turns out that every family member had their own reasons to wish for his death. The young woman has little time to investigate—her father’s spirit can only communicate with her until his body decays...
