If you do not know what to do next with the series - transfer the action to the future! Or to the past. The creators of the fourth part decided to deal a double blow to the viewers who did not expect a dirty trick and moved the action both there and there. And they also filmed about the present. Just in case.

If in the third part the plot was devoted mainly to Pinhead, then here everything revolves around the caskets and their creators. Three stories, a fascinating journey through time periods... It could have been, but it didn't work out.

As sad as it is to admit, the movie is no good. This kind of film production is shown every evening (and repeated in the morning) on ​​the TV-3 channel. More or less turned out only the first story, the other two - just terrible. Especially the one about space. Idiot cardboard scenery, terrible acting, rotten special effects - all in the best traditions of the Asylum studio. Well, not exactly Asylum, but somewhere nearby... And we are talking about Hellraiser!

Pinhead, thankfully, doesn't act like he did in the third installment. He is no longer an eighth grade bully, he graduated from school (not the first time) and entered a vocational school. He again falls into stupid traps, which, you see, does not suit the messenger of hell. The movie is just not interesting. Boring. Yes, of course, it is difficult to expect a super spectacle from a film with a budget of 4 million. But some people use such amounts to rent, for example, Cube. Also, take a look at the budget of the first Risen.

In general, this is not a continuation of the legend, but simply an artless craft, hiding behind a proud (once) name. If you don't know what to do next with the series, maybe it's better not to do anything?
