Hang 'Em High 4K 1968
The 1870s, in the territory that would become the state of Oklahoma. The vast lands were being settled and transformed into farmland. As the population grew, so did crime. Local authorities offered cash rewards and appointed special bounty hunters to capture dangerous criminals. Cowboy Jed Cooper, mistakenly identified as a robber and murderer who had stolen someone else’s cattle, was sentenced to a “lynching.” He was hanged and, presumed dead, left out in the open. Having miraculously survived, Jed begins a merciless hunt for the nine men who believed he was dead too soon.
