The Seventh Victim 4K 1943

Naive orphan Mary Gibson arrives in Manhattan in search of her estranged older sister Jacqueline and discovers that she is a member of a fashionable satanic cult. She is forced to commit suicide for betraying the cult.
Director Mark Robson has staged some wonderfully tense episodes: two Satanists trying to dispose of a corpse on a crowded subway train, Jacqueline being stalked by sinister figures and others. Many shocking moments for a 43-year-old remain so to this day.
