The Pink Panther 4K 1963
The Shah of Lugash, a fictional Middle Eastern country, gives his only daughter, Princess Dala, the largest diamond in the world—the Pink Panther, named for the fleck inside the diamond that resembles the outline of this animal. When Dala grows up, a revolution breaks out in Lugash, but the princess manages to take the diamond with her into exile in Europe.
The princess (Claudia Cardinale) spends the winter at the Cortina d'Ampezzo ski resort, bringing the diamond with her. British aristocrat and playboy Sir Charles Litton (David Niven) is also staying there. In reality, he is an international thief nicknamed “The Phantom” and a specialist in stealing jewels, and he intends to steal the Pink Panther.
